To God be the glory!!! By the stripes of Jesus Christ our Lord I am healed. Just a quick note to say, “Thank You!” to all those who have been praying for me since my emergency surgeries on September 5. I have been so blessed by your prayers, cards, visits and encouragement throughout my recovery. By God’s grace I am making great progress now and I look forward to regaining strength and mobility as I continue with physical therapy.

Our Father and our God, thank You for keeping former President Trump by Your sovereign hand. Let Your peace be restored to our nation. Comfort those who mourn the loss of their loved one and bring healing to all who were injured today. We pray that righteousness and truth will guide our leaders and the works of darkness will cease and anger and violence be removed from our land, In Jesus’ name we pray. Thank You for Your love for all. Amen and AMEN.

Every nation on earth owes a debt to Israel, the covenant people of God. Through them God gave His Law, and through them God gave the Messiah, the Savior of the world, Jesus Christ, our Lord, our Savior, the King of Kings and The Lord of Lords. “Pray for the peace of Jerusalem. They will prosper that love thee.” Psalm 122:6

Psalm 145

“I will extol thee, my God, O king; and I will bless thy name for ever and ever. Every day will I bless thee; and I will praise thy name for ever and ever. Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised; and his greatness is unsearchable. One generation shall praise thy works to another, and shall declare thy mighty acts. I will speak of the glorious honour of thy majesty, and of thy wondrous works. And men shall speak of the might of thy terrible acts: and I will declare thy greatness. They shall abundantly utter the memory of thy great goodness, and shall sing of thy righteousness. The Lord is gracious, and full of compassion; slow to anger, and of great mercy. The Lord is good to all: and his tender mercies are over all his works. All thy works shall praise thee, O Lord; and thy saints shall bless thee. They shall speak of the glory of thy kingdom, and talk of thy power; To make known to the sons of men his mighty acts, and the glorious majesty of his kingdom. Thy kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and thy dominion endureth throughout all generations. The Lord upholdeth all that fall, and raiseth up all those that be bowed down. The eyes of all wait upon thee; and thou givest them their meat in due season. Thou openest thine hand, and satisfiest the desire of every living thing. The Lord is righteous in all his ways, and holy in all his works. The Lord is nigh unto all them that call upon him, to all that call upon him in truth. He will fulfil the desire of them that fear him: he also will hear their cry, and will save them. The Lord preserveth all them that love him: but all the wicked will he destroy. My mouth shall speak the praise of the Lord: and let all flesh bless his holy name for ever and ever.”
‭‭Psalm‬ ‭145‬:‭1‬-‭21‬ ‭

When I was tempted to fear there would not be enough I heard this. “The Lord is my Shepherd I shall not want.”

“Do not rejoice when your enemy falls, and do not let your heart be glad when he stumbles; Lest the LORD see it, and it displease Him, and He turn away His wrath from him.” Proverbs 24:17-18

“But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you…” Matthew 5:44

Never give in to evil but vigorously oppose it, even if it means you lose some of your friends because of it! Speaking the truth won’t make you popular with men, but God knows and He is with you for righteousness sake!

When you are falsely accused and persecuted for righteousness sake, stand firm in the truth of God’s Word. He will deliver you and reward you in due time.

“Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men. 14 Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. 15 Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. 16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.”
Matthew 5:13-16

“Fret not thyself because of evildoers, neither be thou envious against the workers of iniquity. 2 For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and wither as the green herb. 3 Trust in the LORD, and do good; so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed. 4 Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart. 5 Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass. 6 And he shall bring forth thy righteousness as the light, and thy judgment as the noonday.” Psalm 37:1-6

Abstinence and self denial are not easy but the rewards are more than worth the sacrifice!
