WORSHIP - 11:00 am Thompson Creek Baptist Church by Gilley Stephens --- When the Duck River Association of Baptists was organized in 1827, Thompson Creek Baptist Church was shown in the minutes as a newly constituted church, but by the name of Bethlehem. After 1838, the church was given in the minutes by the present name of Thompson Creek Baptist Church. The present buildi

ng has a seating capacity of 300, and was built of sturdy timbers in 1889. The congregation meets each Sunday at 10 a.m. for Sunday School followed by church at 11 a.m. Our church is blessed to have as our pastor Brother Dennis Ham and his wife Sister Sheila Ham.

FYI - There will not be church services at Thompson Creek Baptist Church on Sunday, August 16, 2026 so that our pastor and members may attend the Annual Duck River Baptist Association service. This year the service will be held at Chestnut Grove Baptist Church, 2661 Jernigan Branch Road, Beech Grove, TN 37018.
