“When swimming in the ocean, sometimes you don’t realize you’re being swept away by a riptide. It’s not until you’re too tired to swim on your own that you find there’s no ground to put your feet on and you’re much further from the shore than you ever intended to be. That’s exactly what happened to me when I started college in 2018, but Jesus was my solid ground and the church community was the shoreline. I cannot stress enough the importance of staying involved in the church, no matter how far life takes you away from home. Find and build a community of believers to grow in and spur each other on in your walks with Christ”
