MEDIA BOOTH OPERATOR - SUNDAY MORNING WORSHIP
Tulia Methodist Church is seeking a dependable and skilled Media Booth Operator to oversee audio/visual and livestream operations during Sunday morning worship services.
This is a paid position requiring prior experience and technical competency in church or live-event media environments. This role is not designed for on-the-job beginner training; applicants should already possess working knowledge of sound, presentation software, and livestream technology.

POSITION DETAILS
Schedule: Sundays, 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Compensation: based on skills, experience, availability—overall value brought to the ministry
Additional Opportunities: Potential for additional paid work during funerals, weddings, and other church activities

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate and manage the church’s digital sound board during worship services
Operate and manage ProPresenter presentation software, including willingness to expand knowledge of its capabilities
Manage and troubleshoot YouTube livestream operations
Ensure all audio/visual systems are functioning properly before and during services
Monitor and maintain microphones, speakers, projectors, computers, cameras, and related equipment
Assist in identifying maintenance or equipment needs
Work closely with the pastor and worship leaders to support a smooth worship experience
Respond calmly and effectively to technical issues during live services

QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants should demonstrate:
Experience operating digital audio sound boards
Familiarity with ProPresenter software
Understanding of live-streaming systems and YouTube broadcasting
Basic troubleshooting skills for audio, video, and computer systems
Ability to work independently and reliably
Strong attention to detail and professionalism during live events
Ability to arrive prepared and on time each Sunday
Preferred but not required:
Previous church media booth experience
Knowledge of cameras, lighting, and video switching systems
General understanding of worship service flow and church environments

This position plays an important role in helping create a distraction-free worship environment and extending the ministry of the church beyond the building through online live-streaming.
