Evensong at St. Philip's Tucson St. Philip’s Choral Evensong based on the 1662 Book of Common Prayer, followed by a brief organ concert on the third Sunday October to May.

Philip's in the Hills Episcopal Church presents Choral Evensong based on the 1662 Church of England Book of Common Prayer at 4:00 pm every third Sunday from October through May. The Schola Cantorum is an all volunteer choir of adults and children who are currently preparing for a week residency at Worcester Cathedral from July 18-24 2016.

Music for this Evensong includes the Dyson Magnificat and Nunc dimittis in F, Psalm 46, and Let All Mortal Flesh Keep Silence by Bairstow.

St. Philip's offers Choral Evensong based on 1662 Book of Common Prayer rarely found in Tucson, Arizona, followed by a brief organ concert on every third Sunday of the main season (October through May); Choral Evensong led by Schola Cantorum begins at 4PM, followed by the organ concert. Free-will offerings are collected to help to pay an honorarium to our artists.
