Eastgate Ministries Tucson

Eastgate Ministries Tucson Non-denominational Christian Church in Tucson, Arizona. Our Vision
The vision of East Gate Ministries Tucson flows out of Isaiah 61:1-3.

It is our belief that the church should be a hospital where the wounded (physical, emotional, and relational) can come and find rest, healing, restoration, love, acceptance, grace, mercy, hope and answers. Once we experience the healing power of His grace, His love, His Spirit, and His Word, through in large part the church, we will become messengers of hope ourselves. Life can be hard and people

need a place to take refuge, as Jesus said in Matthew 11:28 "Come to Me all who are weary and heavy laden, and I will give you rest." Our desire is that East Gate Ministries Tucson would be that place of rest. Who We Are
We believe that there is one living and true GOD, eternally existing in three persons: The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, equal in power and glory. We believe that the scriptures of the Old and New Testaments are the Word of God, fully inspired without error and the infallible rule of faith and practice. We believe in the person of God the Father, an infinite, eternal, personal Spirit, perfect in holiness, wisdom, power and love. We believe in the person of Jesus Christ, God's only begotten Son, conceived by the Holy Spirit. We believe in His virgin birth, sinless life, miracles and teachings, his substitutionary atoning death, bodily resurrection, and ascension into heaven. We believe in the person of the Holy Spirit, Who came forth from the Father and Son to convict the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment, and to regenerate, sanctify and empower for ministry all who believe in Christ. We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit and in the exercise of all Biblical gifts of the Spirit according to the instructions given to us in 1 Corinthians 12-14. East Gate Ministries Tucson is a fellowship of believers in the Lordship of Jesus Christ. Our greatest desire is to know Christ and be conformed to His image by the power of the Holy Spirit. We are not a denominational church, nor are we opposed to denominations, as such. We are opposed only to the emphasis of non-biblical teachings that divide the Body of Christ. We believe the true basis of Christian fellowship is God's love, which is greater than our differences. Without His love, we have no right to say we are Christians.
