I want to wish my wife Jeannie Dennis a Happy 18th wedding anniversary. We have been through some tough times over the last several years, but I wouldn't trade one moment that we have had together.

First of all, thank you everyone for your wonderful Birthday wishes. This is a wierd day to be posting this update, but I have finally gotten the opportunity to. On Sunday afternoon, I went to Park Avenue to visit Jeannie. Something seemed wrong. She was for the most part nonverbal, and non responsive. I reported all this to the staff. It took longer than I cared for, but finally, around 5 pm, the doctor at the facility gave permission for her to transferred back to Banner. She had been subject to several seizures, and threw up as they were getting to transfer her to the stretcher. She arrived at Banner around 5:30 pm, and they bagan a series of bith neurological and cardiac tests and evaluations.Finally, around 2:30 the next day, they finally moved Jeannie Dennis to room 4328, where she has been ever since. The medical staff has informed me that she could be discharged back to her facility over the next couple of days.A strange birthday to be sure, but at least I got to spend a few hours with her today.

SLICED BAKED POTATOES
I made this tonight and it is AMAZING! Tastes just like the restaurant. This recipe is from Longhorn Steakhouse. My Mom found the recipe in the paper. I love this dish at Longhorn’s and I was really excited to try it at home!
