I havent been on my Ave Maria page for a while. Missing all my wonderful customers and friends who would come through the doors to find Holy reminders either for family members or for themselves. And also the many customers who came in to just share their faith and struggles. I miss you all including my loving staff. Please hold close to your heart how wonderful our Catholic faith is and how God has left us with everything we need to get through life. Through our Holy sacraments and with His presence in the Eucharist, our loving Lord has never abandoned us. We have not been left to live our complicated lives on our own or by ourselves. He is always with us especially through our Holy Mass. Today I share this photo as a reminder of our Lords sacrifice for us. It was taken at my parish St. Mark's catholic church. Its hard to believe that people leave the Catholic faith because they say mass is boring and they get nothing out of it. They are looking at it so wrong and need to educate themselves on the true meaning of the mass. We should be offering our love, gratitude and worship to our beloved Jesus in Mass, where his living body is present for all of us. Does this photo of Jesus look boring to you? Is it not enough that God gave us His only son to die for our sins. Don't look at anyone else He did it specifically for His love for you and for your sins. During mass we have the opportunty to share in His passion and resurrection and to witness the most important miracle Jesus has ever performed and continues to do for us every single day. As long as there is a Catholic priest offering a mass, Jesus is present turning the bread and wine into his body and blood. Even if you can't receive the Holy Eucharist just being in His presence you receive extraordinary graces. How can people say they get nothing out of mass, what more can we ask from Jesus? The Holy Trinity has given us everything to prepare for eternity in heaven through the Catholic Church that Jesus founded and left for us.
