First Baptist Church of Tryon We are a Southern Baptist Church in Tryon, Oklahoma. Our Mission is to be "Big enough to serve you, small enough to care"

We are a small congregation of loving folks who try to lova as Jesus loved and walk beside each other through this life. We firmly believe in the Lord God and his son Jesus Christ. We are Southern Baptist, Bible believing, blended worship, welcoming all to come visit us.

There will be a memorial service for Bobby Manley At FBC Tryon on Saturday June 9th, we need to start thinking about a meal for the family and co-workers from National Standard. I will let you know a time as soon as I know it.

Pray for a person or couple to take over the music/youth ministry! We are putting an ad in the Baptist Messenger. We have had 12-15 children and 5 youth the last few week and Pastor Bob is doing the music and preaching and teaching youth Sunday School!
Let's all pray asking God to send the person he wants and we need to help us minister to the families in Tryon!

Don't forget the Community Easter Celebration (egg Hunt!) On the 19th at The Park and The Community Good Friday Service at the Christian Church at 7:00 PM on the 25th.

This Sunday should be amazing, not only will we meet to worship and learn, we will be having a baptism during the morning service and a Falls Creek Fundraiser, Spaghetti lunch!!!! Don't forget the 30 day challenge to get out of your comfort zone and minister to folks in our community! I Dare Ya!
