THP Kids Children's Ministry at The Healing Place Church in Trussville, AL. THPKids Jr. [5-7 years] & THPKids [8-12 years]
THPKids & THPKids Jr.

both combine high-energy activities with Bible-based teaching for boys and girls. A combination of games, interesting characters and worship songs capture kids’ attention while also showing them that living for God is the best thing in the world. We offer Royal Rangers and Girls clubs every Wednesday night from 6:30 - 7:30pm. The Perfect Fit program exists to provide an opportunity for children with different abilities to learn about God’s love for them in practical ways. This is accomplished through interaction with their peers and teachers in a developmentally appropriate environment. Perfect Fit volunteers strive to specifically serve those children who have special needs by providing a loving and caring environment so that the child may grow both relationally and spiritually during the precious time we have with them. THPNursery [0-4 years]
The Healing Place believes in ministering to the needs of every age group, including our youngest members. While parents enjoy adult services, they can rest assured that their children are receiving personal care in a safe and nurturing environment. Our qualified volunteers create a positive church experience that introduces infants to a love for Jesus early on. Nursery classes coincide with all of our regular weekend and mid-week adult services. In addition we know that preschoolers love to discover new things, which is why each preschool classroom provides interactive learning experiences in a colorful and engaging atmosphere. Preschoolers learn God’s Word in bite-size bits. Age-specific classes coincide with all of our regular weekend and mid-week adult services.

Girls Night In was so special with our THPK moms and girls!💖

We learned that when we become a living sacrifice, He gives us His fragrance so we can spread the knowledge of Christ everywhere we go. Now, we also have the privilege of offering that fragrance back to Him in worship. 🙌🏻

“..Now he uses us to spread the knowledge of Christ everywhere, like a sweet perfume. Our lives are a Christ-like fragrance rising up to God..”
2 Corinthians 2:14-15
