Christ Redeemer exists to nurture the faith of our members through diligent study of the Bible and regular use of the Sacraments, leading us to share the Gospel message with others in our community and around the world. We are a Lutheran church that proclaims forgiveness for all through Jesus Christ. We are a Christian church that gathers to praise God, to be strengthened by his Word, and to reach

out to those around us in Christian love. There’s something for all ages at Christ Redeemer. Sunday school, youth group, and special events serve our young ones. Adults take part in Bible studies, choirs (voice and bell), and many opportunities to serve one another and the Lord. Sunday Worship Schedule:
9.30am Worship
10:30am Fellowship
(Summer) 11:00-11:30am Family Bible Time

The week is done!

We had such a sweet group of campers this year with many special memories made: the hippo song, bringing animals from home to put on the ark, the antics of the “dolphin” (youngest) group, dramatic games of capture the flag, crafts and science experiments every day! We’re so glad to have this opportunity to help local parents give their kids a great end to the summer.

Most importantly, for 5 days we were able to remind kids from our community that they are loved by Jesus and that he will be with them always.

Isaiah 43:2 “When you pass through the waters, I will be with you. And when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you.”

It’s only too appropriate that on the day we start learning Noah’s Ark, it rained all morning!

It was amazing to see everyone jump into work mode today after church to prepare the building! It may be quiet there now, but it won’t be that way for long. 🤭

It’s been a busy and blessed few weeks in our church circuit!

We celebrated back-to-back pastors’ installations—pastor Luke Tembreull at Messiah, South Windsor, Connecticut and Pastor Josh Wordell at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Amherst, New Hampshire. These pastors are joining congregations that have been eagerly awaiting a new pastor. We thank God for the additional workers in his fields—the harvest is plenty!

May God bless them and their churches in the days ahead!

We had so much fun last Saturday! Thank you Town of Stratford ! It was hot outside but the heat couldn’t beat us! We handed out lots of prizes and invitations to our Summer SPLASH program for kids and we enjoyed great conversations with fellow community members.
