Students from Sierra High School’s Forestry and Natural Resources CTE program have produced a documentary exploring the recolonization of wolves in California. Focusing specifically on the Tahoe-Truckee and Sierra Valley regions, the film examines the complex intersection of wildlife conservation, the ranching industry, and local community impact.

We will meet outdoors by the Peace Pole at the entrance to the church for a brief, interfaith, nonpolitical gathering to signify our commitment to nonviolent solutions to conflict and to promote peace in our community and worldwide. Look for a few parking slots in front of the church; some on the north side of the building; or in downtown Truckee metered spaces.

If you can't attend, we encourage you to hold peace in your awareness at 5:30 pm TUESDAY 4/21.
