Refuge City will be a force for the gospel in Troy and it will start in our families! A father baptized his son and a family watched their mother boldly confess Jesus Christ and be baptized. A great day for David Storm family and Ria Garcia family. Of course we all went and got some Snowman Ice Cream after!
