Announcements from the May 17 Bulletin

THE FESTIVAL OF PENTECOST is Sunday, May 24. We will celebrate Pentecost at our 8:45 AM Service. Wear RED!

VESTRY MEETING will take place on Sunday, May 31 after worship.

TCL'S PREACHING MISSION ON THE HOLY SPIRIT will be at
6 PM on Thursday, Friday and Saturday - June 4, 5, and 6. Special music leader on June 4th and 5th will be Fr. Darius Mojalalli. On June 6th music will be provided by our friends from CSI (Church of South India) Holy Trinity Church, Albany. Fr. Derik Roy will preach on Thursday, June 4;
Fr. Michael Todd on Friday, June 5; and Fr. Scott Garno on Saturday, June 6.

FAITHFUL FELLOWSHIP WORKSHOP will be held from 9:30 to 11 on Saturday, June 20. We will talk about community – defining community, levels of community and practicing community.

CELEBRATION OF LIFE of our dear friend and sister in Christ Janet L. Raymond took place on Wednesday, May 13.
Rest eternal grant to her, O Lord;

May God bless the newest Daughters of the King - Nancy, BJ, Ericka and Beth - who were admitted to the Order at Trinity’s Holy Eucharist service on Sunday, May 10th. God bless new chapter president Lois and friends from the Holy Spirit chapter of St. John’s - Lois, Jennifer and Carol.

The Spring Fest starts at 9 AM tomorrow. Crafts, baked goods, breakfast & lunch, and basket raffle are waiting for you.

(You may see some people out on the road taking part in the Joe Manupella Memorial Run for the Lansingburgh Boys and Girls Club. Wave to them as you come into Trinity’s parish hall!)

TRINITY’S ANNUAL PARISH MEETING takes place in the parish hall after Sunday’s service. All are urged to attend.

ADOPT AN EASTER PLANT! Lilies and other plants are available to take home after April 19 service. Altar Guild members will help you choose the perfect plant.

PARISH WORKSHOP SATURDAY, MAY 2 FROM 9:30 UNTIL 11 AM . We will talk about defining worship, the purpose of worship, hindrances to worship and results of great worship. Invite others to attend with you. We will meet in the parish hall.

SPRING FEST PREP MEETING ON MAY 3 after our 8:45 service. Come see how you can help out.

WOMEN OF TRINITY MEETING will be held in the parish hall on Tuesday, May 5 at 6 PM.

OUR SPRING FEST/GARDEN FAIR WILL BE HELD ON SATURDAY, MAY 9, the day before Mother's Day, from 9 AM until 2 PM. Come for breakfast, lunch, crafts and a basket raffle.
• Janice is looking for spring raffle baskets, and Lois and Sharon welcome goodies for the bake table. See them for details.
• Claire and her team welcome your perennial plant divisions. Please place plants in pots with an accompanying note indicating plant name, growing conditions needed, color if appropriate, and size of fully grown plant. See Claire for details.
