We are closely following events in Haiti after the devastating earthquake on Saturday. Reports are still coming in but we know there was a 7.2 earthquake that has claimed the lives of hundreds in this country. David Ellis, regional director of Latin America Caribbean, requests that we join with his team in prayer for this country, the believers and churches there. Last night of VBS. I can’t say enough how proud I am of our youth who’ve been here serving all week in all areas and all ages. We couldn’t have done it all without our amazing Elevation Youth!!! Special thanks to youth Pastor Grace for keeping them organized!

We are so excited to announce and welcome Jake and Grace Shelton as our new Youth Pastors!!! They come to us with prior experience in youth leadership.

Jake and Grace share an evident passion for music and worship. Jake grew up being a youth group worship leader and Grace always had a heart for kids. She is currently in school to become a middle school teacher!

From Jake and Grace- “We are so honored, blessed, and excited to be the new youth pastors! We can’t wait to get to know everyone more and start having a ton of fun and fellowship!

We are so excited to grow the youth group into an environment that is a home away from home and a place where the youth learn about the Lord and what He calls us to do.

We look forward to cultivating a spirit of family, faith, and fun activities, events to reach every youth member for the cause of Christ!”

Jake and Grace have been married for almost 5 years and have two children, Kallen and Ella.
