This past weekend we took some of the high schoolers from youth group on a camping adventure at Basswoods Resorts in Platte City. Everyone had a great time. The campground had a "guess the amount of candy in a glass pumpkin", and the entire campground had a chance to participate. One of our own guessed the closest and won all the candy, over 250 pieces.

Reminder to all 6th-8th graders, tomorrow we are going mini-golfing and to DQ in St Joe in the evening. We will be meeting at the Power House at 5:30 and returning at approximately 9. No money is needed unless you want to buy extra stuff at the Cool Crest. Don't forget your parent's signed permission form unless we've talked/texted them.

Hey kids, it's that time again. VBS!!! Please join us at the Power House Ministries for "WHAT A MESS VBS!". August 3-6, supper will be served at 5:30, and VBS will be from 5:45-7:30pm. Come join us in the fun. Just like the name of it, this will be messy!!!!!!!! Come dressed and ready for a sloppy, slimy, wild and muddy great time.

Pre-registration will be on Aug 2nd at the Power House Ministries from 6-7pm. Get signed up early that evening and get some free ice cream!
