🎉 1,000 children served in Rensselaer County! 🎉

What began in September 2022 as a vision to connect local churches, businesses, and community members to families in crisis has grown into something truly remarkable.

Through CarePortal, more than 435 requests have been met, impacting the lives of over 1,000 vulnerable children in Rensselaer County. From beds and bedding to furniture, clothing, rent assistance, and other essential needs, every response represents a child who was seen, valued, and supported.

Together, this network of caring individuals has generated an estimated economic impact of more than $340,000—proving that when a community comes together, lives can be changed.

To every church responder, donor, volunteer, business partner, and advocate: thank you. This milestone belongs to all of you 🧡🙏

What a special day celebrating 20 years of God’s faithfulness at Terra Nova! 💜

Thank you to everyone who came out for our Ebenezer Sunday. Taking time to remember all that God has done over the past two decades—and hearing the powerful testimonies shared—was such a meaningful reminder that He has been with us every step of the way.

“And Samuel took a stone and set it up… and named it Ebenezer, saying, ‘Thus far the Lord has helped us.’” (1 Samuel 7:12)

We’re so grateful for every story, every life changed, and every moment that has brought us to where we are today.

And a huge THANK YOU to all of our Terra Kids volunteers for loving and serving our kids so well! We hope you had an absolute blast bowling—you deserve it! 🎳
