Good evening church. Wonderful news, as everyone knows by now, our beloved Joe is home. He has a ways to go ,but he is doing much better. Gods grace and many prayers has him on the mend. Please continue to pray for a speedy complete recovery.

Good morning church. I must apologize, here of late I have not been taking care of this page with all the post that I should have. Please forgive.
Great news our brother in Christ Joe Moran is doing much better and on the mend. Proof that prayer does help. Hopefully Joe will be back home soon, he and Red can get back to their shenanigans ( sorry I mean their work) in the church. I'm sure there are lots for them to catch up on.
In all sincerity, We are all so grateful for Gods mercy and grace. The Holidays are upon us. Gifts for Woodhaven Nursing Home Residents need to be turned in to Ivy so that she can get them delivered. She needs them before the 17th. By Wednesday the 10th would be great. Contact Ivy Smith for a list of items needed.

Good evening church. We got terrible news today. Our cherished friend and church member, Joe Moran was taken to the hospital. It was kinda sudden, Just talked to him on Thursday. It is not looking good, but, God is our miracle worker. Joe is certainly a child of God. He believes with his whole heart and soul. We are asking for prayers for Joe.
God we pray that you will heal Joe our brother in Christ .

Jesus died at 33. The human spine has 33 vertebrae. The same structure that holds us up is the same number of years He held this Earth.
We have 12 ribs on each side. 12 disciples. 12 tribes of Israel. God built His design into our bones. He wrote Heaven into our anatomy.
The vagus nerve runs from your brain to your heart and gut. It calms storms inside the body. It looks just like a cross. That’s the power source running through us. Every time your body heals, every time your heart slows in prayer, every time peace shows up when it shouldn’t…that’s Him.
Jesus rose on the third day. Science tells us that when you fast for 3 days, your body starts regenerating. Old cells die. New ones are born. Healing begins. Your body literally resurrects itself. That’s not coincidence. That’s design.
And it keeps going.
Your heart has an electrical rhythm. Your brain lights up when you pray in tongues. Tears contain different chemicals depending on if you're crying from joy or grief. The blood speaks. The bones store memory. The body worships whether you realize it or not.
We are fearfully and wonderfully made. We are walking prophecy. Walking tabernacles. Dust and divinity in one.
God didn’t just create you. He carved Himself into you.
You don’t need to look far to find Him. You just need to look inward. He’s been in the design since the beginning.

Are You a Getter or Giver?

We can easily grow tired of trying to have relationships with people who are only interested in what they can get out of it!
* The sad fact is natural mankind is born with a desire to gratify self: he is born a getter.

Many marriages suffer and end in divorce because one or both people only seek what they need from the other.
This problem is so widespread that some people have given up trying to have relationships with others because their kindness, concern, and love is never returned, only received and used with little appreciation given to the giver.
Our society today is full of lonely people who are reluctant to make friends because they are tired of being used.
Christ is a friend that sticketh closer than a brother. I will never leave you or forsake you - he said.
* I once heard of a woman who not only met all of her husband's needs but also worked a job to pay for her husband's College tuition. Tragically when her husband got his college degree he divorced her for another woman he had been involved with all along.
* Only a strong relationship with Christ delivers a person from that kind of hurt, pain and disappointment.

Many people are very involved in Social media. The need for acceptance is craved by many.
If people are impressed by what you say about yourself, As to where you go, what you do or who you know - They can push like. The like button is greatly desired by many lonely people; especially those with low self-esteem.
People crave acceptance but even if the acceptance level for them is high, when that good feeling wears off, the lonely feeling comes back.

Why is this true?
Because nothing can fill the void in each of us but a constant relationship with God by knowing Jesus Christ as our personal savior.
* God is a giver! For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life. John 3:16
* Once you invite Jesus into your heart, he's your closest friend forever. He said: I will never leave you or forsake you!
* Jesus is a giver - that keeps on giving! The song He Was There All The Time, invites everyone to look to Christ for a lasting relationship that satisfies AND NEVER ENDS. This song is an invitation from Christ to let him be your forever friend.

We want to thank everyone who supported our FISH FRY on Saturday. It was a first for our church and we are proud to say it was a huge success. Again THANK YOU to all who bought our dinners and to all our workers. The support means so very much to us. Would love to see everyone on Sunday, church service at 10:30.
