International Assembly Breakout Option! Have you ever wondered what makes Lee University unique?Join Lee University President Dr. Phil Cook for a breakout session at the 103rd International Assembly that will provide an inside look at one of the nation's leading Christ-centered universities.

This breakout session will provide participants with an overview of Lee University’s mission, momentum, and distinctive role in Christian higher education. The session will highlight Lee’s commitment to learning, academic excellence, student formation, and service, while also sharing current institutional priorities and areas of growth. Participants will gain a clearer understanding of Lee’s campus culture, academic programs, student life, and ongoing efforts to prepare students for meaningful work, faithful leadership, and lifelong service.

Whether you are a student exploring future opportunities, a parent considering educational options, or a leader helping guide the next generation, this session offers valuable insight into what Lee University has to offer.

International Assembly Breakout Option! Looking for a deeper conversation about theology, doctrine, and the future of Pentecostal thought in the Church of God of Prophecy?

Join us Thursday afternoon at the 103rd International Assembly for the COGOP Theological Forum breakout, led by Bishop Dr. Fernando López and sponsored by Accredited Ministries Development.

This gathering provides an opportunity for members, ministers, educators, and students to engage in thoughtful and edifying discussions rooted in Wesleyan Pentecostal theology. Whether you teach, preach, lecture, or simply have a passion for theological reflection, this session offers a place to explore ideas, ask questions, and contribute to conversations that will help prepare the next generation of leaders in our movement.

Everyone is welcome. Come be part of a constructive dialogue that seeks to strengthen our understanding of Scripture, enrich our ministry, and help shape the future of theological engagement in the Church of God of Prophecy.

Happy Father's Day to all the fathers in our Virginia COGOP family! 🤍

"As a father has compassion on his children, so the Lord has compassion on those who fear Him.” Psalm 103:13

God used the picture of a father to describe His own compassion. The way you love, lead, and faithfully show up for your family reflects something of God's heart.

Today, we honor you. Your family doesn't need a perfect father; they need you, steadily leading, faithfully loving, and growing closer to Christ each day.

The prayers you pray, the example you set, and the time you give are never wasted. What you pour into your family doesn't just impact today–it shapes generations. You may never fully see the reach of your influence, but God does.

Today, the North America office will be closed as we pause to celebrate Juneteenth—a day that marks the end of slavery in the United States and the celebration of freedom reaching all.

As the body of Christ, we recognize the beauty of diversity and the strength of unity. We are many parts, but one body, wonderfully made and brought together by God’s grace.

We thank God for the progress we’ve made and remain committed to being a church that reflects His heart for righteousness, healing, and unity.

Virginia Church of God of Prophecy mourns the passing of Bishop Oscar (Sonny) Ayers. While on this earth, Bishop Ayers lived a life of service to the Kingdom of God, and we were blessed by his ministry in Virginia. He touched many lives through his leadership and has passed down a rich legacy of service by his example. Please pray for Pastor Barry Ayers and the rest of the family during this time. We know that to be absent on this earth is to be present with the Lord, and we are certain that Bishop Sonny Ayers has entered into his heavenly reward. Arrangements will be shared in the days to come.
