Sometimes life comes for you like a teenager with colored powder. 😂

You don't always see it coming. Sometimes the attack is obvious. Sometimes it catches you completely off guard. And sometimes it feels like you're getting hit from every direction.

But here's the good news: you don't have to face it alone.

When life comes at you, dodge with Jesus by your side.

When you don't know what to do, stand on God's Word in your heart.

When everything around you feels uncertain, keep your footing firmly planted in Christ's love for you.

We may not be able to control every attack that comes our way, but we can choose where we stand when it does. Jesus is with you. God's Word will guide you. Christ's love will hold you firm.

Keep your eyes on Jesus.
Keep your feet planted.
And keep moving forward.

"So that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground." — Ephesians 6:13*

Stand firm. He's got you. ❤️

Sometimes ministry looks like snack time, little conversations, and lots of smiles. ❤️

We're thankful for every volunteer who helps create a place where children are known, loved, and pointed to Jesus.

The message was powerful yesterday—reminding us that God sees the entire story of our lives and He is patiently and sovereignly working. What an encouragement to know that even when we don't understand the chapter we're in, we can trust the Author. Thankful for another Sunday of worship, fellowship, and growing together in Christ.

What a sweet season it has been around the Forest! We’ve celebrated new members and elders, worshiped together as a church family, watched our little ones learn what it means to worship in “big church,” and spent time learning about Jesus, His sacrifice on the cross, and the gift of prayer. We’re so thankful for all God is doing in and through our church. Praise Jesus for His love, His faithfulness, and moments like these that remind us of His goodness.

Say hello and welcome to our newest member, Marie Bishop! When we asked her to share a little about herself, she let us know the most important thing about her: She loves the Lord, her family, and traveling; especially abroad to Europe.

We've, however, picked up on a few things about her too:

👉She has a kind heart and cares well for others.
👉She has lots of great stories, adventures, and we can't wait to hear more.

What a special Sunday as we celebrated Jacob McMillan being ordained as an Elder! Congratulations on this meaningful milestone.

As a church family, one of the greatest things we can do is pray. Please pray for the McMillans as they serve, encourage them in their ministry, and support their family as they faithfully follow the Lord’s calling.

May God continue to guide, strengthen, and bless them in the days ahead.
