Some say leaders are made while others believe leaders are born. Whatever one believe does not rule the fact that leaders are very important for the growth, development, and prosperity of people, groups, communities, organisations, and society at large. There are several instances of the success stories of groups, organisations, and countries that are attributed to the role of leadership. On the others hand, there are several nations, groups , and organisations that have been plunged into war, chaos, destruction, and poverty because of bad leadership. Mo society or groups can grow beyond its leadership. The type of leaders who lead a nation, groups, or organisations determines its direction, well-being, and future.
