On Saturday Ps. Greg is continuing his series on Receiving The Spirit by diving into Paul's teaching in 1 Corinthians 14. Here Paul instructs the church in Corinth on how the gifts of prophecy and tongues should be used in a way that strengthen, instruct, and bring orderly edification to the church. We hope to see you at church this weekend!

Today we honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice will never be forgotten. We pray for comfort for military families who carry both pride and loss today.

We invite you to our next Erev (Evening) Shabbat Service on Friday, May 22 at 7 PM. It will be a Pentecost (Shavuot) service with powerful extended worship led by our worship pastors and special guests, Clay and Beth Collins. Let’s press into the Lord’s presence together! And stay after service for a dinner fellowship as our church breaks a week-long fast. It’s a night you don’t want to miss!

Tomorrow Ps. Greg is continuing his series on Receiving the Spirit by diving into the move of The Spirit in Acts 19. He'll show how this chapter is the capstone of the outpouring of the Spirit in the first-century church.

Our Abraham Group for those ages 55 and up has launched a monthly gathering! The next meeting is a luncheon at Cristina's Fine Mexican Restaurant. This month, Ps. Lisa Burkhardt Worley will be sharing her experiences as a pioneer female sportscaster on local and national television including the challenges, the perks, and the decisions she faced as a Christian in the business. Come enjoy a wonderful time of food, fellowship, and encouragement for this season of life within our church family!
