✨ In Case You Missed It… ✨

This week, we explored honest questions about grace. We started by defining what our United Methodist understanding of grace is and why it matters to our faith journey.

We reminded ourselves that God's grace forgives us when we fall short, claims us as beloved children, teaches us to forgive and calls us to live as faithful disciples.

No matter where you are on your faith journey, you are welcome here. Whether you have been part of our church for years or are simply looking for a place to worship and belong, we would love to welcome you! ❤️

If you are blessed by this ministry and would like to support the work of Pearson, you can mail a check to the church at 71 Pearson Drive, Trenton NJ 08610 or give securely online at http://www.pearsonmemorialumc.com/give.html

"Lord, teach us to pray." — Luke 11:1

Prayer isn't about having the right words. It's about spending time with God.

Take a few minutes this week to join us for a brief devotion on developing a deeper prayer life and discovering simple ways to connect with God each day.

As you watch, I encourage you to consider one small step you can take this week to spend intentional time with God in prayer.

May you be reminded that God is always near and eager to hear from His children.

The disciples once asked Jesus, "Lord, teach us to pray" (Luke 11:1). Many of us still ask that same question today. This week's Midweek Devotion explores sim...

“Are You there, God? It’s me…”

Most of us have prayed something like that at some point in our lives.

This Sunday, join us for worship as we explore honest questions about faith, prayer, waiting, and what happens when it feels like God is silent.

Together we’ll reflect on:
• How to recognize God’s voice
• Why answers to prayer sometimes take time
• What Scripture says about waiting
• How God is still present even when we cannot see it

If you’ve ever struggled with unanswered prayer or wondered if God is listening, this service is for you.

Come worship with us this Sunday at 9:30 a.m.
You are welcome here.

“Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him.” — Psalm 37:7

What did the early church in Acts look like — and what can we learn from it today?

This week’s midweek devotion explores how the first Christians lived with deep devotion, authentic community, radical generosity, and Spirit-led mission… and how we are still called to live into that vision as the church today.

The church has never been perfect, but God continues to work through ordinary people to share extraordinary love and hope.

Take a few moments to watch this week’s devotion and reflect on what it means not just to attend church, but to BE the church in our everyday lives.

✨ In Case You Missed It… ✨

This week, we celebrated Pentecost, hearing the story of the birth of the church as told in Acts. We reflected on the early church in action and considered how we too can be a community devoted to worship, fellowship, generosity, and witness.

Pentecost reminds us that the same Spirit who empowered the disciples is still moving today, calling and equipping us to share God’s love in the world around us.

Whether you have been part of our church for years or are simply looking for a place to worship and belong, we would love to welcome you! ❤️

🔥 Come celebrate Pentecost with us this Sunday! 🔥

Pentecost is the day the Holy Spirit came like wind and fire, transforming fearful disciples into courageous witnesses and giving birth to the church.

Join us as we reflect on Acts 2 and explore what it means to be “Resurrection People on Mission” — people shaped by the Spirit, devoted to community, and sent into the world with hope and love.

❤️ Wear RED to celebrate the fire of the Holy Spirit!

All are welcome. Come experience uplifting worship, meaningful community, and the good news that God’s Spirit is still moving today.

✨ In Case You Missed It… ✨

This week, we read Revelation 21:1-6 and John 14:1-4 as we dug into the questions of what heaven in, who is welcome and if we will see Jesus there.

Together, these passages reminded us that heaven is not just a distant idea, but a promise of home— a place of welcome, healing, and the presence of Christ.

If you are curious about these questions, dive in with this sermon recap video.
Wherever you are in this season, there is a place for you here. ❤️
