Crosseyed Students of First Baptist Trenton CrossEyed Student Ministries is part of the ministry of First Baptist Church of Trenton, Florida. No one is above or below someone else.

At a time when schools have become the battleground for morality and spirituality, students need the strength and support of Christian peers, Church and Family. First Baptist Church of Trenton is here to lead, support and train them for that battle. The foundation of our ministry is the Word of God and all that we do will center on that foundation. We do not consider students the Church of tomorro

w, but as an important part of the Church of today. We believe that everyone has a special place in God’s Kingdom and special gifts to use in that kingdom. We desire to help students find their place in His plan and then to give them opportunities to use those gifts. Here at First Baptist Church, Students will find that all are special and that everyone is on level ground. We are committed to sharing the good news of Jesus Christ with students, to teaching them the bible, and then giving them opportunities to share with and serve others.

Serving God is a distraction when it keeps you from spending time with God.

There was more to the sermon, but the idea is that sometimes we can let good things get in the way God and doing things God's way.
