What an amazing weekend we just had!!!! Sunday morning we were with our dear friends at Common Ground Baptist Church in York, SC. I was supposed to preach but my back was hurting so bad I was having a hard time putting two thoughts together. Pastor Tommy was gracious enough to just let us sing. The Lord took what meager portions we brought, filtered them through His Grace, and turned them into an amazing service! We love the folks at Common Ground!!!!
Sunday evening we sang at a new church! That always excites us! Avondale Community Church in Mooresboro, NC. We had the privilege of singing with some friends of ours Faith Walkers Four! If you have never heard them you need to give them a hearing! You won't be disappointed! I could barely walk. I had to be helped to stand or sit. My pain level was to the point that pain meds weren't keeping up with my pain. Once again God stepped in and took complete control! As soon as my foot hit the platform I felt better!!!! I was able to sing and testify in between songs. The congregation got fired off, the Pastor got fired off, Peggey got fired off, and then Dwayne got fired off!!!! We know it's God moving when Dwayne gets a touch!!!! The Pastor called for the men to come around me for prayer. What a sweet time we had! When the service was over we were spiritually spent! God was so good to us!!!! Ain't God good!!!!
