🎁✨ Operation Christmas Child Shoebox Packing Party! ✨🎁

Our next MomCo meeting on November 13th is going to be extra special — we’ll be packing Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes to share God’s love and joy with children around the world! 🌍💛

Between now and then, we’re inviting you to shop for items to include in your boxes! Every small gift adds up to make a big difference. 🎁

Here are a few ideas to help you plan a great shoebox gift:
🧸 Something to love: Small stuffed animals, dolls, or toys
✏️ Something for school: Pencils, sharpeners, crayons, notebooks
🧼 Something practical: Toothbrushes, bars of soap, combs, washcloths
🧦 Something to wear: Socks, hats, T-shirts, flip-flops
💌 Something personal: A note of encouragement or a photo of your family

🚫 Please avoid candy, liquids, toothpaste, soap or war-related toys.

We’ll provide the shoeboxes — you bring your gifts, and together we’ll pack them with love and prayer! 💕

Let’s make this a night to remember and bless children around the world this Christmas! 🙌

No child left hungry

Starting Nov 1st Dino’s Diner will be offering a free meal. For any child needed No child should ever go hungry and we are here to support our community however we can until SNAP benefits are restored.
Just show up with your kiddo, and a free  meal will be given. anything from the kids menu No questions. No reservations needed. Just a free meal for a child in need.❤️

From November 3–7, all Hy-Vee locations with hot food service will provide a free kids meal for children ages 12 and under from 4–7 p.m. each evening. The same meal will be available to all other guests for $3, offered for both dine-in and carryout.

❤️“We want to support the communities that support our stores, which is why we are doing everything we can to make sure no one goes hungry during these uncertain times,”
said Anna Stoermer, Executive Vice President, Chief Merchandising & Retail Officer, Hy-Vee, Inc.

In addition, over the coming weeks, Hy-Vee will share a variety of budget-friendly recipes on its social media channels — each designed to feed families for $3 or less per serving, featuring products from Hy-Vee’s weekly ads.

🎃🍬 THANK YOU, TRUNK OR TREAT FAMILIES! 🍬🎃

What a fun night! We loved seeing all the creative costumes, happy kiddos, and smiling families at First Assembly of God’s Trunk or Treat tonight! 💛

A huge shoutout to everyone who stopped by the MomCo trunk — you made our night extra sweet (and maybe added a few extra pieces to the mom candy stash 😅🍫).

We’re so grateful to be part of such a wonderful, joy-filled community. Thanks for making the evening one to remember! 💕

They will be in Chillicothe November 26th at 3pm-3:30pm. US Business 36and Harvester Road. Chillicothe. The train will be all lit up with Christmas lights 🎄😍

The CPKC Holiday Train tours North America spreading cheer, raising money, food and awareness for community food banks.
