A Message from the Creasman Family
After a two-year journey with prostate cancer, our beloved dad and former pastor of New Heart, Ron Creasman, went home to his Heavenly Father on July 29, 2025. Our hearts are broken, but weāre finding peace and comfort in one anotherāin the love and grace he modeled every day of his lifeāand in the memories we now hold with all who knew and loved him.
Some of the last words we sang over Dad were from a hymn he taught us as kids, written 175 years ago: "Singing I go, along life's road; for Jesus has lifted my load."
Ron's load is lifted, his race is run; he is experiencing "joy unspeakable, and full of glory," and this gives us hope.
We invite all who knew and loved Ron to join us in celebrating his life:
Sunday, August 3rd, 2025
3:30-5:30 PM
Photos will be shown starting at 3:30 PM. Service begins promptly at 4 PM.
New Heart Church | 1647 Bessie Ave, Tracy, CA 95376
Please come dressed in your Sunday Best, like Ron always did. Light refreshments will follow the service. Feel free to share this news with those who love Ron.
Parking at the church campus is limited, so carpooling or street parking in the neighborhood is appreciated. The service will also be livestreamed on New Heart's YouTube and pages.
In lieu of flowers or meals, please consider donating blood or platelets to your local blood bank. Regular transfusions from blood donors gave our Dad several more months of life, allowing him to keep preaching and spending time with us until the very end. You may also consider giving to Nazarene Compassionate Ministries, which provides disaster relief and outreach through the global Church of the Nazarene all over the world. Ron believed deeply in these efforts and joyfully gave what he could.
On a personal note, āThe Nineā Creasman siblingsāalong with our spouses and familiesāare so grateful for your love, prayers, and support. Though we may not be able to reply to messages for a while, please know we feel your care and are upheld by your prayers.
With love and gratitude,
The Creasman Family
