Sundays are always better together, at Southwinds 🙌🏼

From worship to community to opening God’s Word with Pastor Mike, this past Sunday was a reminder of what God is doing in and through our church family. As we read 1 Chronicles 28-29 in Part 20 of Year of the Word, we were reminded to live with our end in mind, pursue an undivided heart, and to discover and follow God’s call on our life.

We’re already looking forward to gathering again this Sunday as our Year of the Word series continues. Pastor Chris Thielen will be bringing a message titled “Rebuilding the Ruins: Ezra & Nehemiah Renewing the Things That Matter Most.” Join us as we continue discovering how God’s Word restores, renews, and rebuilds what matters most in our lives.

What a powerful Sunday at Southwinds Church as we continued our Year of the Word series with Part 18 through 1 & 2 Kings.

Pastor Mike reminded us what it looks like to fully pursue God with an undivided heart, and - we celebrated baptisms as four people publicly declared their faith in Jesus! It was one of those Sundays that reminds us how good God is and how beautiful His Church can be 🙌🏼
