As a new school year begins, we send our students, educators, families, and school communities with our prayers. 🎒💙

God of new beginnings,

Bless our students with curiosity, courage, and kindness.
Bless our teachers and school staff with patience, wisdom, and strength.
Bless the families who encourage, prepare, worry, celebrate, and let go.

For those who are excited, share in their joy.
For those who are nervous, bring comfort.
For those facing challenges, surround them with people who will listen and care.

May our schools be places of safety, belonging, discovery, and hope.
May each person know they are deeply loved.

Amen. ❤️

On Sunday, we blessed backpacks and everyone heading into a new school year. Each person received a bag tag to carry with them—a little reminder that the love and prayers of Hunt’s Church go with them wherever they go.

🎶 We have a special Sunday ahead at Hunt’s!

The Helping Up Mission Men’s Choir will join us and help lead worship through music and testimony. We’ll also celebrate the start of a new school year with a Blessing of the Backpacks—students, teachers, and school staff are invited to bring their school bags for a special blessing.

Together, our Hunt’s Church community is helping local students start the school year strong! 🎒💙

A big thank you to Sophia for filling over 50 backpacks with school supplies for our kiddos. Sophia is a Middle River Middle School student and volunteers here at MBES.
Everything you see was donated by Hunt’s United Methodist church and donations from our supply drive this past weekend.
It’s all about our community! 💙🧡🐯
