St. John, Townsend- LCMS The church began with meetings in homes around 1911. The current church was built on donated land and dedicated on August 30, 1970.

We are a Lutheran Church Missouri Synod congregation located in North Western Oconto County, Wisconsin
Church Services are:
Sunday at 8:00 am and 10:30 am
Children's Ministry 9:15 am It was chartered in 1919.The first building was an old school house purchased in 1920 and it served the parish until 1970.
