Out of Egypt Ministries is a Christian organization, established to reach, teach and encourage people to achieve their fullest potential, in God. Its founder, Elder Mia Daughety, is a member of Grace and Restoration Fellowship, where she serves under the leadership of her pastor, Dr. Jerry Wilder, Sr. Our goal is to declare and deliver the word of God, and lead people to salvation. The message of
faith is emphasized because, with it, all things are possible. It is our desire to see others realize the possibilities for their lives: healing, deliverance, success, and empowerment. It is our mission to help them accomplish this, by providing them with the tools, resources and opportunities we hope will lead them to an encounter with God and the experience of discovering their purpose in Him. We believe the most important component of every community is family. Therefore, the focus of the ministry is on the family; particularly on our youth and with special attention given to the needs of women. As the name implies, Out of Egypt Ministries is called to help people come out of their ‘Egypt’ – those places of bondage – whether physical, mental, emotional, financial or spiritual. Using unique and creative methods, such as the performing arts, we combine spiritual principles with practical applications, to produce a powerful demonstration of God’s word. Among our methods used for promoting the gospel are:
Gospel-inspired Stage Productions
The Triple-A Youth Program (Academics, Arts, and Athletics)
Conversation Peace (An online community for women to share on a variety of topics)
Music / CD Ministry
Seminars
Literary Arts (Books)
Community Outreach Events
In addition to our own programs, we partner with other organizations that are designed to guide and protect our youth, care for our elderly, as well as educate and support men and women of all ages. We also actively participate in volunteer opportunities geared towards rebuilding our communities and caring for the environment.
