Tonight Brent is back to lead us through lesson 12 - CONFESS. This lesson focuses on principle 4 and step 5 (seen below) and helps us to realize that part of recovery is admitting that we are in need of help that only God can provide!

Principle 4:

Openly examine and confess my hurts, hang ups, and habits to myself, to God, and to someone I trust.

Step 5:

We admitted to God, to ourselves and to another human being the exact nature of our hurts, hang ups, and habits.
