🎉 20 Under 40 Spotlight: Caleb Soliday
Meet Caleb Soliday, one of Topeka’s 20 Under 40 honorees!
Caleb serves as Director of Forge Young Talent at the Greater Topeka Partnership, where he leads efforts to attract, retain and develop young professionals throughout Topeka and Shawnee County. Working alongside a 20-member volunteer board, Caleb creates networking, professional development and community engagement opportunities that help emerging leaders build careers, relationships and deeper connections to our community.
🌱 Developing the next generation:
Caleb’s passion for developing leaders extends to Topeka’s youth. As advisor to the Topeka Youth Commission, he mentors student commissioners, encourages civic engagement and helps ensure young people have opportunities to contribute their ideas and voices to local decision-making.
❤️ Giving back:
Caleb also serves as president of Topeka Pride, where he leads volunteers, builds community partnerships and supports events and initiatives designed to create connection and belonging. Under his leadership, Pride Palooza grew from an event expected to attract around 100 people to one welcoming thousands of attendees—while supporting local businesses and bringing people together in the heart of Topeka.

For Caleb, leadership begins with listening. He believes the best leaders bring people together, recognize the strengths of others and give them the support to turn ideas into reality. His approach is grounded in kindness, collaboration and a willingness to build bridges—even when people disagree.
Whether he’s mentoring a future civic leader, connecting a young professional to an opportunity or helping turn a new idea into a community experience, Caleb is working to make Topeka a place where people want to live, work, play, connect and lead.
