Regional Baha'i conventions are held during Fall. At these conventions, delegates are elected to attend the Baha'i national convention held in May to elect the nine members of the National Spiritual Assembly of the Baha'is of the United States for a one-year term.

The Anniversary of the Martyrdom of the Bab, a Baha'i Holy Day, will be observed on Friday, July 10, 2026. The Bab was the Prophet-Forerunner of the Baha'i Faith. He was executed by firing squad in 1850, part of almost two centuries of persecution of the Baha'i Faith and its followers in the Middle East, which continues to this day.

The Anniversary of the Ascension of Baha'u'llah is a Baha'i Holy Day that observes the passing of Baha'u'llah, the Manifestation of God, the Prophet-Founder of the Baha'i Faith. Observed annually on May 29.

The Anniversary of the Declaration of the Bab is a Baha'i Holy Day commemorating the Prophet-Herald of the Baha'i Faith announcing his Divine Message of the coming of the new Manifestation of God. Observed annually on May 22-23.

Dash Crofts, half of the Seals and Crofts singing duo hugely popular during the 1970s, has died from complications from heart surgery at age 87. Dash was the one who played mandolin and sang high harmony to Jimmy Seals who sang low harmony and played guitar. Seals and Crofts were Baha'is who included their faith in the inspiration to their songs, sometimes using direct quotes from Baha'i Scripture. Jimmy Seals died in 2022.

On Thursday, March 26, Seals & Crofts' producer Louie Shelton confirmed Dash Crofts' death in a Facebook post. He was 87.
