This Sunday, Aug. 30, we continue to look at Ephesians 6 and discover how to “Stand in Truth and Righteousness”

Truth and righteousness are not optional accessories for the Christian life—they are core defenses that guard our identity, integrity, and direction. When the enemy attacks, he goes straight for the heart and the mind, so we must be grounded in the truth of God’s Word and covered in the righteousness of Christ. Standing firm means living in honesty, wholeness, and holiness, not just knowing what’s right, but walking in it daily.

We welcome you to join us at 10am for our Sunday school discussion around the table and our Worship Service at 11 am.

If your homeschool co-op, club, or meetup group is searching for a consistent, welcoming space to gather, our small church family would love to open our doors to you! We are looking to support local families by offering our facilities for your group's use. We feature a dedicated classroom, a spacious main meeting room, and a full kitchen—perfect for lessons, group projects, or lunchtime fellowship. Use of the chapel for appropriate events can be considered. Find us centrally located in Toney, just down the road from the Toney Post Office and Madison Crossroads Elementary School. We would love to bless a local group with a safe, reliable home base to learn and grow. Send us a text message at (256) 604-4755 if you have a need and want to take a look at the facility. (Use of the facility will require approval and permission and one main contact person that will take responsibility of communication and liability).

For the next 4 weeks we are going to go deep into one of Jesus’ most powerful Kingdom parables; that of the talents. Each week unpacks a different part of the story—
revealing what it means to be entrusted by God with time, talent, and resources. This parable that Jesus told challenges believers to move from fear to faith, from complacency to courage, and to live with eternity in mind. It’s a call to stewardship, accountability, and wholehearted obedience to the Master who will one day return.
Join us Sunday mornings for fellowship and Bible study at 10am and Worship and Sermon time at 11am. All are welcome.

This weekend, all across our nation, from small towns to major cities, people are celebrating and coming together like never before. There is a unique joy and excitement in the air because this year marks a monumental milestone in our history—our nation’s 250th anniversary. For two and a half centuries, the story of this country has been unfolding, built on a foundation of liberty, sustained by profound sacrifice, and shaped by the hands of countless generations. It is a historic moment, and it is a beautiful sight to see communities uniting to celebrate this milestone.
While we look back on 250 years of earthly history with immense gratitude, we also gather to lift our eyes to the One who establishes all nations. Sunday, we are going to explore what it truly means to navigate our history through the lens of our faith. We will look at a message titled "Built to Last: Liberty, Legacy, and the Lord," where we will discover how our physical freedom as citizens mirrors the ultimate, eternal freedom we have been given in Jesus Christ.
You are welcome to join us at 10 am for fellowship/Sunday school and at 11am for our worship service.

This Sunday, May 30, we start a new sermon series on the book of Romans.
The book of Romans stands as one of the only Pauline letters that was written to a church that Paul neither established nor had ever met in person. Still, the letter to the Romans is full of deep theological truth, along with pastoral care and concern.
Christ is a central aspect of this letter and is seen most clearly in Jesus being depicted as the salvation for all people in the world and the transformative power that enacts change in the life of someone who places their faith in Jesus Christ.
Join us for worship at 11 am and fellowship and Sunday school at 10 am.

Join us Sunday!

We’ve all heard phrases like “God will never give you more than you can handle” or “Forgive and forget.” They sound comforting, but here’s the problem: God never actually said them. Beginning this Sunday, April 26th, we’ll uncover some of the most common cultural myths about God, compare them with the truth of Scripture, and discover the hope and freedom found in what God really does say.
