" Gone are the days of caring what people think. Gone are the days of not speaking up for myself in order to avoid confrontation. Gone are the days of being disrespected and not doing anything about it. Gone are the days of being the "bigger" person in a situation. Gone are the days of apologizing for something I didn't do. Life has a way of kicking up dirt in your face so you can't see what's in front of you and you're left with just dust on the ground. It's time I sweep the floor and clean this "house". Peace and love to all those going through the struggle. Struggle=Strength.

At the end of life we will not be judged by how many diplomas we have received, how much money we have made, how many great things we have done. We will be judged by 'I was hungry and you gave me food to eat, I was naked and you clothed me, I was homeless and you took me in.' Hungry not only for bread- but hungry for Love. Naked not only for clothing, but naked for human dignity and respect. Homeless not only for want of a room of bricks-but homless because of rejection.

Healing can be messy. Even when you start to feel better and start doing good, there is that part of you, in some strange way, that thinks about going back to that dark place. It can be hard to embrace joy when all you've felt is depression for so long. It can be difficult to accept peace of mind when you have been stuck in anxiety for so long. It can be hard to trust healing. Like, "ok, this ain't gonna last. Don't get use to it. It's only temporary". NO, don't listen to those lies my friend. Don't go back to that dark place. Walk in that light today. Let it shine on your face and warm your heart. It's been too long. You deserve it!! God is love!! Bless you all!!-----Chap Mike-------
