VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: June 20th
Messiah Lutheran Church is teaming with St. John the Baptist and Regina Coeli in the "Let's Build 50 Beds" initiative. The Let's Build Beds Foundation Mission-"We believe that every child deserves a bed of their own to sleep in at night. We believe every child is full of infinite potential. We help children by providing a bed and empowering them to assemble it and be successful." www.letsbuild.org

The bed build will be Saturday, June 20, 2026, at the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church Parking Lot (5153 N. Summit St) from 9am till 2pm. Bring the family to participate or just to watch. A minimum of 50 volunteers are needed, no experience necessary. To sign up to volunteer, go to www.letsbuild.org/events scroll down to public build/St. John the Baptist, or email your contact information to: [email protected] and reference St. John the Baptist. Experienced carpenters will be on hand and all the needed equipment will be provided.
