Slip on your Sneakers, grab your Girls, bring a Chair and join the Women of Win The World Ministries as we walk the track and discuss the benefits of Excerise, Nutrition and Self Care. Special Guest Sonia Ramelle will educate us on nutrition, healthy herbs and sign up to do one on one consultation with her personally.
