🏕️🌲 VBS STARTS TONIGHT! 🌲🏕️

The wait is over—Vacation Bible School kicks off TONIGHT at 6:00 PM, and we could not be more excited! 🎉 We can’t wait to see what God is going to do in the lives of our kids this week.

✨ Meet your Camp Counselors! Our amazing Youth Interns have been working hard all week preparing, serving, and getting everything ready to make this an unforgettable VBS experience. We’re so proud of their servant hearts and dedication to our Kids Ministry!

⚠️ Important Safety Update: Due to the Air Quality Alert in our area, the safety and well-being of every child is our top priority. We will be taking extra precautions and will not be going outside during VBS. All activities will be held indoors so everyone can have a safe and fun experience.

What a full and impactful day for our Youth Internship! 🙌

Yesterday, our students were poured into by the seasoned saints of our church, mentored by Pastor Alicia, and had the opportunity to serve our community by baking cookies and delivering them to our Toledo firefighters. 🍪🚒

We believe in raising up the next generation of leaders with hearts to serve God and love people. We love our youth, and we love our city! ❤️

We are starting to collect school supplies to fill the backpacks for this event. Collection box is located at the Compassion Kids ministries check-in desk. Thank you for your help in this awesome outreach to our community. Registration for this event opens on 7/20/2026 at www.experiencecm.com. This year's shop tax free days are Aug. 7th- Aug. 9th.

There will be a Junior Leader mandatory Training for all 13-18 year old's currently serving or thinking about serving in Children's Ministries, Thursday June 25th from 7:00 -8:30 pm. We will be reviewing the Jr. Lead training manual, covering expectations as a Jr. Leader Candidate, how scheduling works, rules & protocol for serving in this vital ministry, as well as a Q & A.
