Dr. Snoeberger encouraged us to pause and consider God’s goodness during this morning’s sermon, “Pausing to Reflect” (Genesis 2:1–3):

“Rather, our gratitude is to be directed to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ who has given us every blessing in Him.”

As we pause to reflect, let us lift our hearts in thanksgiving to God, who has lavished His blessings upon us in Christ. Our rest becomes an opportunity to worship and remember His faithfulness.

“Where man failed to rule the earth, Christ will succeed.”

From beginning to end, Scripture points us to Jesus. He will succeed where Adam failed and one day restore all that sin has ruined.

Dr. Snoeberger asked important questions this morning from his sermon “Is Man Also Among the Animals?" (Gen 1:20-27)

“Are you a responsible image bearer? Do you think as God does? Do you speak and act as God would? Do you love what God loves? Do you choose what He commands and commends?”

These questions remind us that being made in God's image is both a gift and a responsibility. May we seek to reflect Him faithfully in our thoughts, words, and actions each day.

A reflection from Dr. Snoeberger's sermon this morning, "The Heavens Declare"(Genesis 1:14–19):

"In short, the heavens call us to embrace God. As God, He is the God who is there and He is the God who is not silent."

The beauty and order of creation remind us that we are not alone. God has made Himself known, and His glory is on display all around us.
