It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Doris Jean (Hatcher) Myers. She was a bright light to our Tobaccoville community and to the Center Grove AMEZ church family always willing to serve. She will be missed tremendously by all. Please keep our Myers (Hatcher) family in your prayers. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday-September 17 at Center Grove. Family visitation will be from 1:00-2:00 and funeral services will follow. Spencer Funeral Services is in charge of arrangements. 🎵Bound For Mount Zion Way Out On The Hill And If Anybody Make It Surely I Will🎵.....Rest in Him Mrs. Doris Jean 🙏🏾🕊❤️

It is with great sadness that the Center Grove AME Zion Church announce the transition of our beloved Mrs. Vira Estelle (Hickman) Speas on January 6, 2025. A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, January 18, 2025, at 12pm from the Center Grove AME Zion Church. The family will receive friends at 11:00 am until the funeral hour. Arrangements are in the care of Russell's Funeral Home. We ask that you keep the family and church family in your prayers during this difficult time. 🙏🏾❤️ 🕊

A public viewing will be held Friday January 3, 2025, from 1pm until 5pm at Douthit's Funeral Home. A celebration of his life will be held Saturday January 4, 2025, at 12pm from the Center Grove AME Zion Church. The family will receive friends at 11:00 am. Arrangements are in the care of Douthit Funeral Services. We ask that you keep the family and church family in your prayers during this time.
