Last week, our staff and elders had an opportunity to have dinner with Scott and KayDee to celebrate them and their ministry to LifePointe. after 10 years as the children’s director, Scott is moving back to public school system, and returning to the classroom as teacher. We are so grateful for their families involvement at LifePointe and look forward to seeing how their new roles develop. We are beyond grateful for their love of Jesus, kids, and families.

This Sunday, we will have a conversation about Care & Outreach at LifePointe and why it matters. We will be celebrating some incredible ways people in our church are quietly caring for one another, while also looking at how LifePointe is making a difference beyond our campus. You’ll hear a few stories you may not know, see some of what God has been doing through ordinary people, and discover that making an impact doesn’t always require a program, an event, or even a church sign-up; sometimes it just requires… YOU!

Get ready for worship on Sunday because we will be debuting a new song! It is: Worship! By TAYA

It's full of energy & excitement as we gather together in the House of the Lord to celebrate all that He has done and continues to do for each of us!

Psalm 63:3-4 says: “Because your love is better than life, my lips will glorify you; I will praise you as long as I live, and in your name I will lift up my hands”. God’s love, redemption, and mercy are things to prompt joy within us- we can't help but worship His mighty name! As TAYA sings, “Oh I can’t help it, I can’t help but worship, worship, worship the Lord”. May we remember the reason why we come before the Lord to worship Him in adoration each Sunday!

Week in and week out, our core of volunteers at LifePointe make amazing things happen. From making sure the coffee is ready to prepping curriculum to praying for needs in the church - and about a million other things! - our crew of volunteers give selflessly and go above and beyond to provide a distraction-free, God-focused environment. We are so grateful for their continued work and it is an honor to celebrate them!

Series: Chronology - Movement 4 (Return and Rebuild)
Message: Return and Rebuild - Courage In the Crown

Movement #4: Return and Rebuild is the final movement of the Old Testament, telling the story of restoration after exile and hope after heartbreak. Because of generations of rebellion, God's people are conquered and carried into exile, and it seems as though His promises have come to an end. But God is not finished. Just as He promised, He brings His people home. Through leaders like Zerubbabel, Ezra, and Nehemiah, the temple is rebuilt, worship is restored, and Jerusalem's walls rise again despite relentless opposition.

Yet even after returning to the land, something is still missing. The people have been restored geographically, but not spiritually. This movement reminds us that while God faithfully restores what was broken, His people are still waiting for the greater King and the greater restoration that is yet to come.
