Summer is the time when the choir takes a break from weekly Wednesday evening rehearsals and comes together for a quick rehearsal two Sunday mornings a month at 9:00 a.m. We gather together to rehearse (whether it’s learning a new piece of music or an old favorite to sing in service that morning), enjoy fellowship and have fun. The Summer Choir is all volunteer and everyone is welcome with no commitment.

This is the perfect time to try singing with the choir or just to do something different. All levels of musicians are welcome. If you prefer sitting with your family during the service, that is more than fine. When the choir stands to sing, come to the choir and join us… then feel free to go back and sit in the pews with your family!

The Summer Singers will gather at 9:00 AM two Sundays a month for the summer: June 14, June 28, July 12, July 26, August 9, and August 23.

This is a great time to join us as you feel moved and enjoy the choir. If you are interested in joining and to learn more, please reach out to Stephen Pruitt, Music Minister.
