Just wanted to take a moment to wish everyone a Happy New Year!!!

We had a great trip to North Carolina for Winter SWO at Snowbird Wilderness Outfitters!! Two students professed their faith in Christ and began their walk following our Lord and Savior. It was amazing to watch this group of teens grow closer together but also grow closer to God.
I am excited to see what God has in store for them as they face change going into 2025. I would ask that everyone will be praying for the youth, for Tanner and Cassi as they join our family at New Home. I would also encourage you to pray about how you can get involved going forward in the Youth and Children's Ministries!
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you who have encouraged me, prayed for me, and supported me in the years I have lead the Youth of New Home. A special thank you to the women who gave up their time to sit in classes, go on camp outs, chaperone trips, and for the love you have shown the youth, even when it was hard.
2025 will look different, but we serve an Awesome God. The one true God The only Sovereign God. Our Father. I look forward to this new course in the coming year and beyond. And I am excited to see just what God has planned. I know it will be amazing!!

Metal Madness (MMSSA) monthly match is this Saturday, July 20, at Coosa Outdoor Worship Spot. Registration starts at 815 am, Safety briefing at 9 am. Coosa Outdoor Worship Spot (COWS) Cows was born in 2014 as a facility for use by churches to meet any need they may have with an emphasis on Summer Youth Camps. We are nestled in the woods of Coosa County Alabama just east of the Coosa River and South of Hatchet Creek.

Well, we started off Spring Break with a little trip to the fish pond. Kaleb, Khloe, Sage, and Carter pitched in to help catch for the Annual New Home Summer Community Fish Fry. They even helped clean them when we got back.37 crappie, 13 break, and 7 bass. Thank you also Jimette B.for helping filet. Also to the Turnipseeds, for always being so accommodating to our group!!

After a trip rolling down the hill I'm a ball with water in it on a 35 or so degree day, we are fixing to eat before our last Session at WinterBlast 2023.
