Our deepest sympathies are extended to the family and friend of Katherina Everding, who passed away on Thursday. Services were held here yesterday.

As 2026 has started the year has many exciting events taking place, Ramsey will turn 140 on May 10th and Youth Fellowship will attend Rocky Mountain High in Estes Park, CO July 25 - 29. To commemorate a significant date and for a YF shirt to attend camps t-shirts were designed as a fundraiser for the Youth Fellowship. Shirts were designed to represent our church congregation as a family and to symbolize we are the church; the YF shirt came about through moments of YF sayings that are often referenced by the YF. Cost is $20 for each shirt; if you order a 2XL add $2, 3XL add $3, 4XL add $4. Checks are to be made out to Ramsey Sunday School. The deadline to order is February 15, 2026. Anyone wanting to order that is not currently around Ramsey contact Madison Beenken: [email protected] or 515-341-2247. Not wanting a shirt, donations are gladly accepted as well. The congregation shirt is Black and the YF shirt is the Tie Dye - Tie Dye shirt is not limited to just the YF!

A THANK YOU for those who remember to put good, used Christian Literature in the basket in the library. I've been able to send several boxes to LOVE PACKAGES in Illinois every other month for the past years. Every Bible, devotional and solid Christian materials are put to good use all over the world. In fact, LOVE PACKAGES sent out 106 shipping containers to ports around the world. God's word does NOT return void!!!

Please, continue to contribute your used, but not written in, solid Christian literature. They also need volunteer help to do warehouse work. Sounds like a mission trip to me. Butler, Illinois, is only a 7 hr. drive away. Check out their page.
