New Path Outreach

New Path Outreach "For I was hungry and you fed me, I was thirsty, and you gave me drink...." Mathew 25:35 If you would like to donate to New Path, we have multiple options.

New Path is a Non-profit 501C3, we serve families in the Miami County of Ohio in many ways. We began as a food pantry at Ginghamsburg Church and through hearing the struggles families were facing different ideas began popping up, one gentleman started a furniture ministry and began helping families they heard of that needed furnishings and taking in donations of furniture from neighbors and church

members. Jim Sitzman started helping people with Car Repairs, and the church received donations of cars, he would repair them and give them to other church members who had need of a vehicle. A Clothing Closet was created to provide clothing to families in emergency situations. In the year 2000, all these independently ministries were placed under the umbrella of this new non-profit called The New Path Inc. Through the last 17 years each program has grown, changed and created better programing to help struggling families through development programing. New Path currently has ten different programs to help nurture and develop people to equip them for a better opportunity to thrive not just survive. New Path's programs serve all Miami County residents and 3 Zip Codes in Montgomery county as they try to extend their services and resources, as the organization grows in support we expand to include more opportunities and more of the local area of Miami Valley. Our page has a donate button to easy giving. Our Website www.newpathserves.org also accepts donation s to pin point where you want your gift to go. Or you can mail in a donation. If you would like to become more involved your skills and gifts of time are always welcome just contact us at [email protected]

Thank you to Nicole Leistner who responded to our post for help. She arrived this morning and went straight to work, chopping onions, tomatoes & watermelon for tonight's meal at Open Table.
The Nacho Grandes is full of fresh veggies and the watermelon is the fruit for the meal. This meal required extra preparations and Nicole had agreed to help our kitchen team out during June.
Nicole told us "I was scrolling and was thinking while schools out for the summer, I should be serving someone where." she scrolled and saw our post and thought to herself "I can do that!" Nicole had served with New Path years ago and enjoyed her time here. Life circumstances changed for her, and she had to stop. We're so happy she felted welcomed to come back!
Thank you Nicole for your hard work this morning! We decided not to cut the lettuce until later in the day so it remains as crunchy as long as possible!
This the first time we have had this type of meal, there was some debate of wether it was a meal or a snack. Some eat it for a snack if you're sharing, some eat it as a meal. We hope to get feedback on how our guests perceive it!
We'll have another story this week on another Prep-chef who served last week, Stephanie Lippiatt, she cooked all the taco meat! She'll be back this week to do it all over again!

Nothing lasts forever, right? May is gone and June has begun. June will be whatever we focus on. We can focus on how big our problems are, or focus on how big and mighty our God is.

Knowing the character of God comes by reading about him, and knowing yourself. After all you were created in the very image of God, so knowing yourself and understanding different points of view (because everyone has been made in the image of God- yep! EVERYONE!) Being self focus instills a mind set that everyone should be just like you, and that is simply not truth.

God has created us all with different talents, abilities and purposes. Our surrender to God and his plans for us is where we will find peace, you won't find it anywhere else. Having money doesn't guarantee peace, nor does poverty. Peace is found within you when you're being true to yourself. It's not found in someone else living the way you want them to. Can I get an AMEN?
That's why Jesus tells us to focus on the log in our own eye before trying to remove a splinter from someone else's. We all have a battle within us as we grow closer to God. Because knowing him more fully means letting go of some attitudes within us. That isn't as easy at it seems, just when you think you got it, a circumstance comes up to show us we don't.
Growing in our knowledge of who God is, is often learned while discovering who we should become. A better version than we were a month ago or a year ago. Focusing on my forest has taught humility, and gives me more patience with people in general. Everyday has a new lesson! His grace is sufficient!

June is Nacho Month! We will be serving Nacho Chips layers with Taco meat, Queso Cheese, lettuce, and fresh tomato. Chopped onion, jalapenos, Sourcream and Salsa on the side at our side bar. This meal will tickle your tongue and fill your belly!

We also will be serving dessert and a beverage. Since we are currently out of Coca Cola we will be offering Pink Lemonade in it's place.

Keeping the kitchen cool this summer with this "no oven" meal! The meal is served at 5:30 pm and the food pantry opens at 6pm if you need groceries to take home.

Now that school is out for summer, kids are home and there are no more free breakfasts or lunches at school.
For our food drive next weekend, we're asking for foods that kids enjoy. Some kids will be home while their parents are at work, so we're asking for microwave foods that kids can make on their own, and easy to grab snacks.
We also need cake mixes and frosting for birthday kits. This summer our focus is on keeping kids nourished while school is out!
If you'd like to donate fresh fruits or vegetables they can be dropped off at the pantry during office hours 9-5 M-F at New Path. They are healthy snacks kids enjoy. Please do not take them to the van, as they will get bruised mixed with other foods.

We also need donations of canned vegetables and Flavored Rice & Flavored Pastas. Just a few ideas for the food drive next weekend!

Good Morning!
Meditate on this "Philippians 4:8 MSG Summing it all up, friends, I’d say you’ll do best by filling your minds and meditating on things true, noble, reputable, authentic, compelling, gracious—the best, not the worst; the beautiful, not the ugly; things to praise, not things to curse. Put into practice what you learned from me, what you heard and saw and realized. Do that, and God, who makes everything work together, will work you into his most excellent harmonies."

Where your focus goes your energy flows!

Don't let time run out, for a limited time we'll be taking orders for this fundraiser!

New Path is having an on-line sale that will help support the food pantry. This fundraiser is unique because you can place an order for the food pantry to give away and/ or for your family (please make them separate orders to avoid confusion and check the box that you intend to donate your order.)
This is available for a limited time, we'll be taking orders from NOW until June 15th. Orders will be delivered and sorted for easy customer pick-up on Saturday, July 18, 2026. An email reminder will be sent, and pick-up will be at the food pantry in Tipp City from 9am until 11am. All items are frozen with an exception to the chocolate covered pretzels. So you may want to bring a cooler to carry them home safely.
We're excited because this is the first time we have done something like this and hope it is very successful. Amiee Beard has been working on planning this since the first of the year.
If you would help us by sharing the post with friends and family, the more orders we get the more money we can raise! Spread the word!
Like & Share! This helps other people see it on our feed as well. Let's flood Facebook and get this fundraiser off the ground!
Use the QR code to access the order form or go to: zeffy.com/en-US/
If you wish to order and pay cash to avoid the Zeffy fee, we can take orders in the office, see Sherry or Aimee to place an order. Payment is due at the time of ordering.

It's been a rainy and rather cool spring to say the least, but sunnier days are ahead and we're reminding you to be safe in the sun.
You may not worry about too much sun, but sunburns can cause a lot of damage under the surface of the skin. With time passing quickly, that damage can turn into skin cancer. The UV rays can also cause "eye freckles" which can later turn to cancer.

It's better to be safe now than sorry years from now. Remember the 5 S's of Sun Safety: Slip, Slap, Slop, Slide & Seek. Teach them to your children so they are aware.
There will be a test later! The test of time!

Enjoy the sunny weather and be safe while enjoying it!

Summer camp sign-ups are blowing up, but donations to support this ministry are not. We have had one donor so far.

We are around 30 in Tipp, around 25 in Troy, more than 20 in Piqua, West Milton is close to 15, and Soccer For All is close to 30. It's going to be a really fun summer at Clubhouse!!

We really need your help. There are 90 kids signed up and the cost is approximately $100 per kid. This is a huge bite from the Clubhouse budget and that doesn't even count Soccer For All camp, this soccer camp is special because it includes children with different abilities.

We're taking a leap of faith won't you join us? You can drop off a check made to Clubhouse or use our fundraising platform https://www.zeffy.com/en-US/donation-form/summer-splash-and-dash-day-camp to make an online donation with a debit or credit card.
Donations can be mailed to New Path 7695 S County Rd 25a, Tipp City, OH 45371, in the memo put CH camp.

Thank you for your support in helping these children! 🌞
