On behalf of the Midwest Region of the National Baptist Convention, USA, Inc.,
we pause to honor the life and legacy of Dr. Henry J. Lyons, former President of our Convention.

Dr. Lyons was a devoted servant, a courageous leader, and a faithful preacher who dedicated his life to advancing the witness of the Black Baptist Church. His impact will be remembered across generations of pastors, congregations, and communities he inspired.

🕊️ We thank God for his life, leadership, and lasting legacy.
