From The Pastor's Desk: As I studied Ecclesiastes 3 this morning my thoughts were: knowing when to give up and knowing when to let go for growth. There is a season for all things, but you have to understand that the season will pass and you have to give it up and let whatever it is go so that you can grow.

There are some seasons which you will love and you will embrace, while there is another season you want it to get going because of hurt or trauma that you encountered during that time, then there is a season where you're holding on to things and not knowing when to let it go or you don't want to give it up or how to give it up (loneliness, depression, anger, issues etc). But whichever seasons you will be in it's always a transitional period in your life. Remember, seasons are not permanent, there is a purpose in that season that God has allowed you to fulfill for spirtual maturity to align with His will for your life.

FROM THE PASTOR'S DESK:
I am up early this morning praying and as I prayed the song "I put it all in His hands" serenaded softly in my mind. The words (no matter how great or small, He's the answer to it all) oh, how comforting those words meant to me. There are times when we are going through things that's affecting us and we just try to brush it off by thinking that it will work out on its own. But, that's is the time when we should put it in God's hand knowing that whatever it is He cares.

Our mind should be in peace not torn between that thing that is brothering us and we are trying to brush it off, forget it or not say anything about it. That's the time when we should give it to the Lord.

Let us remember, what the bible say that we should do in 1 Peter 5:7 to cast all your cares upon Him, for He cares for you. Now that is comforting when we put it all in His hands. Amen!

FROM THE PASTOR'S DESK: After I finished my morning prayer, I listen to the news for a short time and the Holy spirit began to minister to me about how our God is a sovereign God. He is the ultimate ruler and controls all things.Our God is omniscient, He's omnipotent and He's omnipresent. So whatever is going on God is in control.

Our responsibility is to trust, believe and have faith in him that he will never fail us.
When you began to fear and stress over things that going on in your home, around you or in the world remember, Isaiah 41:10 says: Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed; for I am your God.
