Following Jesus sounds good… until He asks you to surrender.

Denying yourself doesn’t mean becoming less of who God created you to be. It means surrendering your way, your comfort, your pride, your fear, and your need for everyone’s approval to follow His way.

You might wonder: What will people think? What if I mess up? What if I’m not good enough?

But Jesus never asked us to follow Him because we’d do it perfectly. He TOLD us to follow Him daily.

“Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross daily and follow me.” — Luke 9:23

So… are you ready to follow Him?
