Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Memorial Day Ceremony and helped make this year's event so meaningful.

We are deeply grateful to all who came together to honor the brave men and women who served our nation, defended our freedoms, and made the ultimate sacrifice. Your presence demonstrated that their courage, service, and legacy will never be forgotten.

Our hearts remain with the families of these heroes who continue to carry their memories forward every day. While Memorial Day provides a special opportunity to reflect and pay tribute, remembrance is not limited to a single day on the calendar. Every day is worth remembering those who gave everything for our country.

Since 1986 on the first Friday in May, we continue to recognize Maryland police, firefighters and emergency medical/rescue personnel who gave the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty. Join us today at 1:00pm in our appreciation for those who risk their lives everyday to protect the citizens of Maryland.

Please join us on Saturday, December 13th at noon, as we honor veterans resting at Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens as part of the Wreaths Across America’s “Nationwide Remembrance Ceremony.” American Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, Marines, or Coast Guardsmen will be honored this year with a ceremony and placement of a memorial wreath at over 4,000 veterans' gravesites by local volunteers.

Thanksgiving Holiday Hours

The memorial gardens are open on Thursday, November 27, during their regular hours, 8 am to 5 pm.

Our office will close early on Wednesday, November 26, at 3:00 pm, and remain closed on Thursday, November 27, in observance of the holiday. The office will reopen on Friday, November 28, at 8:30 am.

We would like to thank the Historic Elkridge Young Marines, the Northern Baltimore Pickleball Club (LTRC), and all volunteers who joined us on Saturday morning to honor our veterans by placing American flags on their memorials in preparation for Veterans Day. We appreciate your care for our veterans and your assistance in ensuring they receive a flag in honor of their service. 🇺🇸
